🖤 Young Silco – Inspired by Arcane, this stylish, dangerously charming character will be made with chunky yarn hair to give him that bold textured look. His outfit and accessories will closely match his appearance in Arcane, capturing his intense presence and refined chaos.
🐰 Eris – Your original character and adorable little chaos queen! Bunny ears, green eyes, red eyeliner and that iconic white hair with a red streak — I’ll recreate every detail by hand. If you have more outfit or facial references, that would be super helpful! I want to bring her to life just the way you imagine.
🌸 Each doll is fully handmade with love and care, and will take about 1–2 months to complete. No rush here — just taking time to make the perfect, soulful creation that feels like destiny at first sight!

Returns
We do not accept returns once the item has been shipped.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our dolls, all sales are final after shipping.
Refunds (Before Shipping)
If you need to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us before the item is shipped. We are happy to issue a full refund as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once the item is shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will do our best to make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking the package or filing a claim.
