Returns

We do not accept returns once the item has been shipped.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our dolls, all sales are final after shipping.

Refunds (Before Shipping)

If you need to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us before the item is shipped. We are happy to issue a full refund as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once the item is shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will do our best to make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking the package or filing a claim.
