Zander is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted custom doll, carefully designed to capture his unique character.
Zander's hair is half black and half red. She wears a black little demon headband on his head and a punk choker around her neck. Shee has gloves on his hands. The top of her outfit is based on Image 1, while the bottom half consists of a red skirt and knee-high Converse shoes, one red and one black. She also has a cute tail, as shown in Image 2.

The production time for each doll depends on the current order volume. I will start making yours once the previous orders are completed.

Once production begins, the order becomes non-refundable.

Returns
We do not accept returns once the item has been shipped.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our dolls, all sales are final after shipping.
Refunds (Before Shipping)
If you need to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us before the item is shipped. We are happy to issue a full refund as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once the item is shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will do our best to make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking the package or filing a claim.
