Returns
We do not accept returns once the item has been shipped.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our dolls, all sales are final after shipping.
Refunds (Before Shipping)
If you need to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us before the item is shipped. We are happy to issue a full refund as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once the item is shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will do our best to make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking the package or filing a claim.
The doll himself is gorgeous, and I loved seeing what artistic liberties the crafter made with his design (such as the shirt collar). And his eyebrows!! I love him so dearly and it is fantastic to have him home after such a long wait. (Order placed in May, received in November.)
XiXi was always so polite and patient with my inquiries and I really felt understood with the vision of the doll's design. The only "hiccups" that I wanted to mention was the queue process; I do wish it was a bit clearer how the queue worked. The timeline that I was presented was fairly straightforward, and yet I noticed that several dolls that had been ordered much later than mine were completed and homed much, much more quickly. I had assumed that the dolls were completed sequentially, or at least in consecutive batches. I will admit that it was a little disheartening, but that being said I don't know what the actual work process behind everything looks like. (It was also a little sad not to see any updates on my boy via this website's connected socials like with many of the other dolls, haha.)
Communication also fell off towards the end of completion- I had asked about making a small modification but was never responded to. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means, but would have been nice to have included for accuracy.
All that being said, these weren't terribly major issues for me and I would happily purchase another doll or some extra accessories once I have the funds again! Thank you so much for your skills and hard work, XiXi!
